Bison tartare, baked diver scallops in kombu, and chile-garlic kingfish are all on offer at Arvine, and with the practiced hands of chef Joe Anthony (Gabriel Kreuther, Restaurant Daniel, The Modern) in the kitchen, it’s hard to go wrong. Don’t skip the cocktail list, either.
